Q: Do You ship internationally?
A: Yes, StyleSelfie is proud to service women all over the world! In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country’s customs. StyleSelfie and the carrier does not have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package. In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. We suggest checking with your local post office to find out if that applies to you as StyleSelfie does not cover additional customs fee charges. StyleSelfie is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.
Q: How long will it take my order to ship?
A: Once your order is placed, please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. Once, your order is shipped, a tracking label will be sent via email.
Q: Once my order is shipped, how long will it take for me to recieve it?

Q: Does StyleSelfie process returns?
A: Yes, StyleSelfie will gladly process returns for unworn and unused items. For steps on how to return an item, please visit our “Return Policy” page.
Q: Can I Exchange an Item?
A: Currently, StyleSelfie does not process exchanges.
Q: I placed an order, but never recieved a confirmation..
A: If you do not receive an email from StyleSelfie within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.

Q: Can I change or cancel my orders after they’ve been fulfilled?
A: Our aim is to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our Returns Policy once your order has been delivered to you.

Q: Does E-Gift Cards Expire?
A: Currently, E-Gift cards do not expire.
Q: What are final sale items?
A: All clearance items (red price) are final sale.
Q: What does it mean when my item is “Pre-ordered”?
A: If you have pre ordered an item from us, please understand that you have purchased an item before it is officially launched. Your order will be shipped on the day the item is listed to become available. (Please note that for international orders, the delivery time frame for Pre-orders is approximately 5-6 weeks.)
